I believe that whenever people are happy, they tend to do things smoothly and the result will be good. I am not pretty sure why, but that's the fact man. Rarely you will get something bad when you are happy.
Sometimes it is better for people to not to spoil the mood for everything, happy is the "Key". Some people might thinks that people grow along with pressure. But for me.. I think people grow with good pressure, not tense pressure. I don't have any scientific facts or whatsoever support for this post. But personally I do think that happy is the key factor for everything.
Last time when I was in a group working with my course mates, I used to give heavy tense pressure to them. It will not work, everything will not work. I might think that it's for the team good, but I did not think from their point of view. Project submitted, but morale of the team fall to the bottom line. Losing the team morale is simply sucks especially when I know team work is what really will make thing run smoother.
You might be the king of the world, the most brilliant person in the world, but without people helping you, you are just a piece of shit. You won't be able to do anything. Sometimes there are this term which I don't understand "specialize", I used to think that why should I specialize? The more I know the better, but somehow I don't deny it, I still not that specialize myself. But somehow specialized post has their role to play. Things will still fail when you put someone not good in cooking at the kitchen, but if s/he good in beverage, put s/he in the bar, you will see the result.
Put the right person to the right position. Make them happy, don't ask what they can give you, give them what they need, they will give you what you want. I do believe so.... At least I am still believe it now :)
