Ok.. I'm now at office sitting in front of my laptop waiting for my colleague to finish his task before we can continue the next one. Now I know the feeling of my boss when it comes to me back then. Now I know why he's so frustrated when I can't deliver the task assigned to me.
It might be an easy job for him, and I just can't get it right or shall I say I'm lacking of fast pace and IQ to solve the problem? Yesterday he has enlighten me for the programming world. And it is true that I have no enough experience to lead a project. True enough! He has assigned my colleague under my control and assigning work to him to complete the project.
I am totally frustrated with this colleague of mine due to all his messy work, which really irritate me a lot! Seriously, once there are changes in the program, it's like doing a big overhaul for the project. I'm dying! Seriously! I can't stand the way he do things anymore. I always wonder how he learn programming in UTAR.
For those from APIIT and you come across my blog, we are much fortunate to have APIIT to educate us in a more proper way of programming. OOP is a very very very good programming way. Structural is a suckiest way to do programming.
From now on, I must plan a good program structure which require the minimum changes for whatever requirement change or stuff like this. (peek on colleague, shake head... and he's now reading entertainment news paper, typical chinese culture. ). I vow to stand up and learn more and more knowledge on IT before flying away from this "working-for-12-hour-with-not-so-smart-colleague" kind of environment.
